At PG Tex, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom promotional products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. That said, we fully stand behind the quality of our workmanship and service.


Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not in accordance with the approved artwork or specifications, please notify us within 10 days of receipt.

To initiate a claim, please contact us at sales@pgtex.com and include:

·       Your order number

·       A brief description of the issue

·       Clear photos showing the defect or discrepancy

Our team will review the situation promptly and work with you toward a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the case.


Return Shipping

·       If the issue is due to an error on our part, PG Tex will cover all return and replacement shipping costs if needed.

·       For any other circumstances, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

·       If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

·       If not approved, we will clearly explain the reason and discuss possible alternatives.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or incorrect. If a replacement is required, our team will guide you through the process.
