Orders & Quantities
Can I order just one custom item (like a single hat or bottle)?
We get this question a lot.
Unfortunately, no — we do not produce single-item orders. PG Tex is built for volume production, which is how we deliver quality, consistency, and strong pricing. Minimum quantities are clearly indicated on each product page.
Can I reorder the same product later?
Yes. We keep your artwork and order history on file to ensure consistency and simplify repeat orders.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Samples are available upon request so you can evaluate the product before committing.
Production & Delivery
Where do your products ship from?
Most of our products ship from Canada for reliable timelines and efficient delivery.
What are your production timelines?
Timelines vary depending on the product and quantity. Clear lead times are provided with every quote. Usual lead times for stock items is 10 – 14 days. We offer rush 5 day service on certain items if needed.
How are orders delivered?
Orders ship via standard carriers and may arrive in multiple boxes or pallets depending on volume.
